Payment terms.
All payment must be paid prior departure of fishing tour in Bali after we pick up from hotels.
Deposit payment (20%) must be made on booking confirmation by paypal, or deposit must be collected by our staff before 1 (one) day prior the tour date, balance must be paid upon departure in our office/marina. Cash and major credit card are accepted.
Paymenty terms on safari tours / Fishing tours outside Bali, booking is confirmed when the 20% deposit received, balance should be at least 2 weeks prior arrival, consult us on safari tours payment terms.
No online credit card number required by email or by sms or verbal.
Cancellation.
Cancellation 24 hours prior departure, clients will be charged 50% of total, we have the right to cancel or reschedule the tours due to unsafe weather or to any unforeseen circumstances.
